כוונה (kavana.club) בונה לשחקני כדורגל הקלטות אימון מנטלי אישיות. כדי לעשות את זה אנחנו
צריכים לדעת עליך לא מעט, וחלק מזה אישי. כאן כתוב מה אנחנו אוספים, למה, איפה זה נשמר ואיך מוחקים.
מה אנחנו אוספים
- החשבון: כתובת המייל של חשבון ה-Google שלך ומזהה החשבון ש-Google מעבירה לנו. לא סיסמה,
ושום דבר אחר מהחשבון.
- נתוני שחקן מהאתר הציבורי של ההתאחדות לכדורגל (football.org.il): שם, תאריך לידה, קבוצה,
ליגה, והמשחקים והשערים של העונה. וגם העמדה שבחרת.
- מה שסיפרת לנו: התמליל של שיחת ההיכרות, או של התשובות שהקלטת אם ענית על השאלות במקום,
ומה שהפקנו ממנו: איך נראה אצלך יום טוב, תחושות בגוף, מה שאתה אומר לעצמך, מה מטריד אותך במשחק,
והשגרה שלך ביום משחק.
- הקול שלך, רק אם בחרת: קטעים מהקול שלך מתוך שיחת ההיכרות, כדי ליצור עותק של הקול שלך
שמקריא לך את ההקלטות. רק בהסכמה מפורשת, ואנחנו שומרים מתי היא ניתנה.
- ההקלטות שיצרנו לך: התסריטים וקובצי האודיו.
- בדפדפן שלך: עוגייה שמשאירה אותך מחובר, בחירת השפה, ועותק של הנתונים שלך כדי שהאפליקציה
תיפתח גם בלי קליטה.
- יומני שרת: הבקשות שמגיעות לשרת, כולל כתובת IP, לצורך תפעול ותיקון תקלות.
אין פרסומות, ואין כלי מעקב או אנליטיקס.
למה
רק כדי לבנות לך את ההקלטות ולהפעיל את החשבון שלך. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתפים אותו עם
הקבוצה שלך או עם שחקנים אחרים, ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום.
מי מעבד את המידע
- Google: הכניסה לחשבון, ומודלי ה-AI של Gemini שמתמללים הקלטות, קוראים את התשובות שלך
וכותבים את התסריטים.
- ElevenLabs: מנהלת את שיחת ההיכרות, יוצרת את עותק הקול שלך והופכת תסריטים לאודיו.
עותק הקול נשמר אצלה.
- Oracle Cloud: השרת שלנו, בירושלים. כל השאר נשמר שם.
- הדפים טוענים גופנים מ-Google Fonts וספרייה מ-jsDelivr, שרואים את כתובת ה-IP שלך כמו בכל אתר.
כל אחת מהן מטפלת במידע לפי התנאים שלה.
כמה זמן, ואיך מוחקים
המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים. כדי למחוק את החשבון, את כל המידע ואת עותק הקול, כתבו ל-ohav26@gmail.com מכתובת המייל של החשבון, ונמחק הכול
תוך 30 יום. בהגדרות אפשר בכל רגע להחליף את הקול בהקלטות לקריין של כוונה, וגם למחוק את עותק הקול.
שינויים
אם משהו כאן ישתנה, נעדכן את הדף ואת התאריך למעלה.
Privacy policy

Kavana (kavana.club) makes personal mental-training audio for footballers. To do that we need
to know a fair amount about you, and some of it is personal. This page says what we collect, why,
where it's kept and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Your account: the email address of your Google account and the account ID Google
passes to us. No password, and nothing else from your Google account.
- Player data from the Israel Football Association's public website (football.org.il):
name, date of birth, club, league, and this season's matches and goals. Plus the position
you pick.
- What you tell us: the transcript of your onboarding conversation, or of your recorded
answers if you answered the questions instead, and what we draw from it: what a good day feels
like, sensations in your body, what you say to yourself, what worries you in a match, and your
matchday routine.
- Your voice, only if you choose: clips of your voice from the onboarding conversation,
used to make a copy of your voice that narrates your recordings. Only with your explicit
consent, and we record when you gave it.
- The recordings we make for you: the scripts and the audio files.
- In your browser: a cookie that keeps you signed in, your language choice, and a copy
of your data so the app opens without signal.
- Server logs: requests to our server, including your IP address, for running and
fixing the service.
No ads, and no tracking or analytics tools.
Why
Only to make your recordings and run your account. We don't sell your data, share it with your
club or other players, or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Google: sign-in, and the Gemini AI models that transcribe recordings, read your
answers and write your scripts.
- ElevenLabs: runs the onboarding conversation, makes the copy of your voice and turns
scripts into audio. The voice copy is stored there.
- Oracle Cloud: our server, in Jerusalem. Everything else is stored there.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a library from jsDelivr, which see your IP
address as any website does.
Each handles data under its own terms.
How long, and deleting it
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account, all your data and your
voice copy, email ohav26@gmail.com from your account's
address, and we'll delete it within 30 days. In Settings you can switch the voice in your
recordings to Kavana's narrator any time, and delete your voice copy.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
